I actually woke my ass up and went to my bikram yoga class. Upon my alarm cranking at 5am there was such a great deal of resistance in my mind. I’m proud of myself for getting it done. I can’t let myself get satisfied hahaha its only Tuesday. Path of least resistance will be found and I will be water
Chocolate banana oatmeal mud. I’ve got a long day ahead of me so I made a dense breakfast.
½ cup of instant oats
½ banana
½ scoop of chocolate whey
Teaspoon of organic unsweetened dark coco powder
Enough chocolate unsweetened chocolate almond milk to cover oats
1 fist full of raw pumpkin seeds.
There you have it. A cheap, decadent and nutrient dense meal for the breakfast go-getter
